How we describe evidence

Three different kinds of evidence

Validation, feasibility and ongoing research answer different questions. We keep them separate so you can judge what applies to your own population and setting.

Technical validation

Comparison of a MoveLab measurement approach against an established reference method — marker-based 3D motion capture, or clinical-standard manual scoring — under controlled conditions. Both publications below are technical validation studies.

Clinical and real-world feasibility

Evidence that assessment can be delivered and completed in a real service or study setting: remote completion, patient acceptability and workflow fit.

Ongoing research

Work in progress with academic and clinical partners, extending measurement into patient populations, additional movements and less controlled environments. Findings are reported here once peer-reviewed.

Research collaborations
